Decisions:

1. SEBS AGM
   The executive committee did the necessary assessment of the situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in Nepal and the situation of daily infection rate in Kathmandu Valley. The executive committee considered the possibility of postponing the pre planned AGM on 22 August. The executive committee looking at the current situation and future prospect as well as national and international, considered conducting a mix mode (both physical, with minimum participation as per the rules and regulation of government) and online mode for maximum participation OR to have a complete online AGM a better option. Thus the executive committee decided to conduct mix mode or complete online AGM based on the situation and inform the District Administrative Office about the same.
   
   Mr. Rastra Bhushan Khadka was given the authority to send a written notice to CDO office informing about the mix mode or online AGM. 

2. Any Other Business 
   As all the agenda set for the meeting was discussed and there were no new topics, the chairperson thanked the members for their time, wished everyone to stay safe and concluded.
