Decisions:

1. SEBS AGM
   Executive Committee members discussed on the requirement and possibility of having SEBS Annual General Meeting (AGM). With lot of consideration of the current situation and different notice that published by government regarding school examination and admission, the committee decided to hold its 38^th AGM on 6^th Bhadra 2077 BS (22 August 2020) at Budhanilkantha School. The committee also decided to publish AGM notice to all its members in National Daily.

2. Annual Financial and Audit Report
   Executive committee decided to give the responsibility of communicating with the auditor that has been appointed by 38^th AGM and taking the necessary steps in preparation of the financial report for the fiscal year 2076/77 to treasurer, Mr. Tilak Dhital. 

3. Annual Progress Report
   Executive committee decided to give the responsibility of preparing the annual progress report for the fiscal year 2076/77 to General Secretary, Ms. Supun Dahal. 

4. Any Other Business 
   As all the agenda set for the meeting was discussed and there were no new topics, the chairperson thanked the members for their time, wished everyone to stay safe and concluded.
