Date: Saturday, August 30, 2025 (Bhadra 14, 2082)
Time: 10:00 AM onwards
Location: Assembly Hall, Budhanilkantha School, Kathmandu
Apart from its regular work, the AGM will elect a new executive committee for the next two years. Election will be held for the following positions (as per the amended constitution):

2. Vice President – 2
3. General Secretary – 1
4. Treasurer – 1
5. Members – 5
