SEBS successfully conducted its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 12th September 2026 at Budhanilkantha School. The AGM brought together more than 150 SEBSers, representing generations from the 1st Batch to the youngest 7000E Batch, with some members also participating online.
The AGM provided an opportunity to review SEBS’s progress, financial performance, ongoing initiatives, and future priorities. We sincerely thank all the members who participated and contributed to making the AGM a meaningful and successful gathering.
The AGM endorsed the following:
- Annual Progress Report for FY 2025/26
- Audit Report for FY 2025/26 and Appointment of Auditor for FY 2026/27
- Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Budhanilkantha School regarding institutional affiliation, alumni engagement, autonomy, and mutual cooperation between SEBS and BNKS
The SEBS Executive Committee (2025–27) extends its sincere gratitude to all SEBSers whose continued support, participation, and contributions have made our activities and initiatives possible throughout the year.
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Budhanilkantha School (BNKS) for providing the venue and supporting the AGM arrangements, including the lunch.
