Established in 1982, the Society of Ex-Budhanilkantha Students (SEBS) is the alumni organization of Budhanilkantha School (BNKS). It is a non-governmental organization registered with the District Administration Office, Kathmandu. 

SEBS was established to support alumni, BNKS, and society, in that order. It aims to:

• Serve as an alumni body to connect former Budhanilkantha School students from different walks of life and at different points in their lives
• Support the development and growth of Budhanilkantha School
• Provide a forum through which alumni can work together to explore opportunities to engage in meaningful ways with communities in need across Nepal

Initially conceptualized and established by the two senior-most batches (100A and 200A) of Budhanilkantha School with less than 200 members, its general membership has grown to over 4,500 SEBSers from 40 batches of students from Budhanilkantha School as of 2021.
