Dear SEBSers,

The 42nd SEBS AGM was well attended, and the organizing committee would like to express its sincere gratitude to all of the Society Members from A to E Batch for actively participating in the discussions. I sincerely appreciate your feedback, counsel, and ideas, and promise to carefully take them into account going forward. I also wish to inform you that the community members will be given access to a comprehensive financial statement. We will also send you a breakdown of various donations as requested. Our operations continue to be centered around transparency and collaboration.

I also really appreciate the thoughtful contributions made by the Annual Progress Report presenters. Thank you to the entire Editorial Team. Aditi Singh for presenting the Annual Report, Nitanta Singh Bista for the Treasurer’s Report, Apsana Shrestha for the Financial Policy Amendment Highlights, Umang Sharma for the Business Saving and Credit Cooperative Report, Suman Meher Shrestha and Amod Pyakuryal for the Alumni Building Progress Presentation, Umang Sharma and Abhishek Basnyat for the District Administration Office Case Update, and Bijay Babu Siwakoti and Manusmriti Baral for moderating the SEBS MOU and Vision & Mission Formulation Committee formation discussions. Everyone had a meaningful and enjoyable experience during the AGM. Thank you for your commitment and dedication. The closed session was intense but fruitful, your suggestions will be taken seriously and will be integrated in our daily operations.

I would also like to express my gratitude to the Principal and his team for their continuous assistance in providing the venue and for being present the entire time. Additionally, a very special thank you goes out to our incredible volunteers whose dedication made this AGM a true success. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Janak Sitaula for managing the IT sector. My deepest appreciation goes to Secretariat Team Susmita Pandey and Nairiti Rai for their indispensable work in keeping everything organized and running smoothly. I am also deeply grateful to our fantastic MCs, Gokul Ghimire Sharma and Ojaswi Lamichhane, for their exceptional job in guiding us through the AGM. Lastly, I want to take this opportunity to thank the ExComm. members for their dedication and unwavering commitment to making this AGM a true success.

Once again, I would like to thank each and every one of you for your enthusiastic participation and invaluable contribution to the success of the AGM. For the sake of SEBS, BNKS, and our community, the ExComm. is dedicated to considering the goals we must pursue, the obstacles we must surmount, and the routes we must forge.
