Speaker Profile: Dr. Ramesh Sunam undertakes research on international migration, poverty, and social inclusion. Sunam has published 20+ articles in leading international journals, including the Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies, the Journal of Peasant Studies, and the Anthropological Forum. He earned Ph.D. from The Australian National University (ANU), Australia. He is now an assistant professor at Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan.
